Çiz & Park ("Uygulama"), Enes Kolçak ("biz", "geliştirici") tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Bu sayfa, Uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini açıklar.
Uygulama, hesap oluşturma, giriş yapma, isim/e-posta/konum gibi kişisel veri talep etmez. Uygulama içinde Google AdMob reklam SDK'sı kullanılır (bkz. aşağıdaki "Reklamlar" bölümü).
Uygulama, geçiş ve ödüllü reklamlar göstermek için Google AdMob'u kullanır. AdMob, reklam sunumu ve ölçümü amacıyla cihazınıza özgü reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) ve teknik cihaz bilgilerini işleyebilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam izni (App Tracking Transparency) istemiyoruz; reklamlar cihazınızdaki reklam ayarlarına göre kişiselleştirilmemiş veya sınırlı biçimde gösterilebilir. Uygulama, ek bölüm içeriğini güncel tutmak için Google Firebase (Firestore) altyapısına salt-okunur, anonim bir ağ isteği gönderir. Bu istek yalnızca herkese açık bölüm verisini (harita düzeni gibi) indirmek içindir; kullanıcıyı tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Bu istekler sırasında, tüm internet trafiğinde olduğu gibi, cihazınızın IP adresi teknik olarak Google'ın sunucularına ulaşır; bu bilgi tarafımızca saklanmaz veya işlenmez.
Oyun ilerlemeniz (tamamlanan bölümler, yıldızlar vb.) yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez.
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Reklam kimliği ve ilgili teknik veriler, reklam sunumu amacıyla Google AdMob ile paylaşılır. Bunun dışında hiçbir kişisel veri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Bu politika ileride güncellenebilir (örneğin bulut kayıt özelliği eklenirse). Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Çiz & Park (the "App") is developed by Enes Kolçak ("we", "the developer"). This page explains what information is processed when you use the App.
The App does not request personal data such as account creation, sign-in, name, email, or location. The App uses the Google AdMob advertising SDK (see "Advertising" below).
The App uses Google AdMob to show interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier and technical device information for ad delivery and measurement. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized ads; ads may be shown non-personalized or limited based on your device's ad settings. See Google's data practices: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
The App makes a read-only, anonymous network request to Google Firebase (Firestore) to keep additional level content up to date. This request only downloads publicly available level data (e.g. map layout); no information that identifies you is sent. As with any internet request, your device's IP address technically reaches Google's servers during this request; we do not store or process this information.
Your game progress (completed levels, stars, etc.) is stored only locally on your device and is not sent to us or to any third party.
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Advertising identifiers and related technical data are shared with Google AdMob for ad delivery. Other than this, no personal data is shared with third parties.
This policy may be updated in the future (for example, if a cloud save feature is added). Material changes will be posted on this page.
